And not just that sleepy tired, but bone-deep exhausted.

Tired in a way that sleep doesn't seem to touch.

Tired from carrying responsibilities

that feel endless, from managing challenges that keep multiplying, from trying to show up for

everything and everyone while running on fumes. And maybe the hardest part is that stopping doesn't even feel like an option.

There are people who are depending on you and deadlines that are waiting. There are problems

that need solving. Rest might feel like a luxury you just can't afford. A privilege for those whose lives are not

as complicated as yours. And I want to share something from my own experience. There was this

period in my life where I was juggling a whole lot more than I could handle. There were work demands and family and friends

and personal challenges that just felt incredibly overwhelming.

And every day during that period,

it just felt like I was treading water.

But I just kept telling myself,

I just needed to push a little bit harder, just a little longer,

to get through this. And then the rest, that would come later, once things started to settle down.
