0:20.0	I'll make a little confession to you. I love Jesus. I follow Jesus. I worship Jesus.
0:31.0	And yet I still battle with anxiety. I love Jesus, I truly do. I
0:40.0	honor him but I still battle with overwhelming feelings of anxiety.
0:46.5	Some of you may be able to relate, and I'll tell you just a little bit of my story, just
0:51.9	like your pastor, I lead a church that in March was unable to meet physically,
0:58.1	which is quite disorienting for a pastor.
1:01.1	I know that many of you face your own challenges that are very similar.
1:04.0	And I was looking to get a little time off in March and that didn't happen and then
1:09.7	right when things look like they might go back to normal,
1:13.8	we had kind of the increased awareness
1:17.0	of the ongoing racial tensions and injustices,
1:20.7	which is a complicated time to lead through and lead through well.
1:25.0	And I found myself with this just overwhelming sense of heaviness.
1:30.0	What do I do? How do I lead the church? How do I represent the injustice as well and speak truth in a way that brings life and healing when I feel so inadequate and I'm prepared?
1:41.6	And so what's happened quite honestly
