1:55.2	seen and heard by the right people. And what I sort of class social media rat is, even though I
2:01.8	knew it worked for some businesses and some businesses heavily rely on it, like seeing family and
2:07.7	friends, it was just like, I just look at it like the biggest distraction, like I just used to look
