You know what I found in the empty nest when my kids started moving out here is that it did get more quiet.

And I did have as much responsibility. And so I could actually say, slowly, what could I do here, but what's excessive that I was doing a lot with our kids and now I don't have to do as much?

You know, one of the things I didn't get to last time and I wanted to so I'll kick it off here. You mentioned, you know, taking small steps in the right direction.

That's great life advice, no matter what your age or stage. But in this case, you create an acronym called C and I thought it was great. Again, you know, parents with young kids could benefit from the same acronym.
