John, whenever I think of the word peace, I think of our good friend Ray Vandernellon, who is a Bible teacher

and scholar of Jewish history, and one of the great nuggets I've gotten from Ray is this concept of God Shalom to combat the world's chaos. Shalom is the Hebrew word for peace, God's peace, and it describes that deep

redemptive peace between us and God because of the sacrifice Jesus made for us on the cross and our acceptance of him as God's son.

That should bring you great peace.

But it can be difficult to bring God's peace to others if we aren't experiencing that for ourselves.

And that's where peace has to start.

It has to start within our own hearts.

The Book of Psalms has many references to peace where we're told to actively seek it and pursue it.

And our guest today, Kay Weymah, has experienced this very thing. She's a busy wife and a mom of five,
