Summary
When we speak about energy, the first thought is that something woo-woo is coming. But in reality, the concept that everything is made of energy comes from modern science, from quantum physics. All energy carries a vibration that goes into the universe and attracts and collects things that resonate with that vibration. Once Christy Whitman got in touch with this concept, many things in her life made sense, like her unhappiness despite her well-paid job, successful career, and good health.
Joining us today is Christy Whitman, an in-demand Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, CEO and Founder of the Quantum Success Coaching Academy TM, and NY Times Best-seller author. Christy helped thousands of women and men worldwide achieve their goals through her empowerment seminars and coaching sessions. She managed to change her thought process, worked with the universal laws, attracted and married her dream partner, created her ideal, lean and healthy body, and developed her own successful career.
In this episode, Christy brilliantly explained the concept of energy, how we portray and use it and how we can change it. We talked about her method's 7 essential principles and how to apply them. We also spoke about well-being, her books, and money. Christy kindly shared her background, what made her decide to abandon the corporate world, and the difficulties she found in her journey.
Tune in to Episode 96 of Rejuvenaging, and meet the fantastic Christy and her unique take on the energy we need to succeed in life.
