motivation looks like, how it feels, where it could be found. And a lot of people, if you're a

girl, let's say the first thing that could be used as motivation is a breakup, your breakup, your revenge body.

Let's say we're talking about the gym or just as a person in general.

Motivation could come after a breakthrough, also through prayer, goal setting moments.

But then life really kicks in. We have setbacks. We have responsibilities.

We have, we get tired, we get drain. And that's where we start to lose it. We're going to talk
