0:26.0	The title of this talk is Finding Jira in the Above and Beyond.
0:33.0	It's not an above and beyond talk, so don't worry, we're not going to do a giving thing today.
0:38.0	The title is Finding Jira in the Above and Beyond.
0:43.0	We mentioned last week that in this collection of talks we're going to be in Hebrews 11,
0:48.0	and Hebrews 11 tells us what faith is.
0:51.0	You see it right in verse 1, it says, now faith is being sure of what we hope for,
0:58.0	and certain of what we do not see.
1:03.0	We made it clear that this isn't necessarily a leap in the dark.
1:09.0	It's more a step into the promise.
1:11.0	If you read the verses above, God is promising something to His people,
1:16.0	and then coming into verse 1 of chapter 11, He's saying,
1:20.0	that faith is believing in that promise that God has spoken over our lives.
1:26.0	So faith today for you isn't just saying, oh, I finally became a believer,
1:32.0	and now I just jump off a cliff into the dark.
1:35.0	No, faith is I became a believer, and I found out that God has spoken promises over my life.
1:44.0	And now I'm going to actually step into agreement with God, into the promise that God has spoken over my life.
1:54.0	What the enemy wants to do is cause you to have amnesia today, and forget the promise that God has spoken over your life.
