0:12.8	like genuinely, why are you here today? Some of you would say, I am here because Jesus has changed my life. It's Easter. I'm all in.
0:24.5	Others of you would say, I'm here because my parents made me come. Right? Or someone bribed you. Like, if you
0:32.0	come to Easter with me, I'll buy your meal. Some of you, it's just because what you do, right, it's Easter,
0:39.0	and you're going to hunt eggs, you're going to dress up, you're going to go get a meal.
0:42.5	You may go to Grandma's house and pretend like you like her ham, whatever it is. It's Easter,
0:47.6	it's what you do. And so I'd ask you, like, sincerely, why are you here?
0:56.5	Like, what's the big deal about Easter?
0:59.5	Anyway, because for a lot of people, let's call it what it is,
1:03.2	this is just like another holiday,
1:05.3	and then Monday comes around
1:07.4	and your life still feels heavy
1:10.0	and you still feel broken, why are you here?
1:15.8	What I want to do today is I want to show you why Easter, and more specifically, why the
1:21.8	resurrection of Jesus changes everything. And not just for the world,
1:29.4	but why it changes everything for you.
1:33.6	God's word says in 1. Peter 1 3,
1:36.1	scripture says this,
1:37.6	praise be to the God and Father
1:42.6	of our Lord Jesus Christ.
1:45.8	In His great mercy, God has given us new birth into a living hope.
