| 1:05.9 | My young sister, my younger baby sister, a couple years ago, her husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. She's only in her 40s, and she kept saying, I'm too young to be a widow. Well, now she's been a widow for two years, and I've watched God all over her. I mean, grief is so unbelievable, but I've asked her, what's your secret? And she said, I don't know that I have a secret, but she says, I get out of bed every day. She said, I refuse to let the goodness of God be up for grabs. |
| 2:04.1 | She said, I don't know that I have a secret, but she says, I get out of bed every day. She said, I refuse to let the goodness of God be up for grabs. She said, with Christ in me, I'm stronger than I know. I tell myself that every day. And then I keep telling myself, I'm going to be okay. How do you navigate such heart-wrenching times without pat answers and cliches? But truly, truly, finding a hope that sustains you. I'm so glad to introduce you. | 2:28.9 | ago tucked away and then brought to the forefront. Tell us about that and how and why. |
| 2:33.8 | Yeah, this book is really, |
| 2:35.5 | really different. And, you know, normally we try to tell people our book is for them. This book's |
| 2:39.8 | not for everybody. This life is good right now. This book is not for you at all. This book is for |
| 2:44.6 | people that are hurting, suffering, and, you know, maybe even wrestling with real spiritual |
| 2:49.0 | doubts. Susie, the story behind the book is so personal to me. |
