Welcome back to the show and happy Wednesday, everyone.

We are in the middle of harvest season, and especially here at Self Care Daily, where we are

taking the energy of that harvest into our self-care practices by noticing areas of our lives

where we have completed things,

where the seeds that we planted long ago now are ready for harvest. Yesterday, we identified

an area of our lives where we have come full circle, and we figured out something to do to

honor that. So a way to really enjoy that moment.

And what I want to do today is I want to have a little bit of a gratitude practice for the

thing that pulled you through when it came to that project or that relationship or that

thing that is now full circle.

The thing that helped get you over the hump when things

were difficult. In every project, in every relationship, in every season of life, whatever

we're focusing on, there is going to be an obstacle. There's going to be many obstacles.

And oftentimes we arrive at

that place of feeling like, I don't know how to get this done or I don't know if I can do this at all.
