Well, the first episode of This is Life with Heather and Cornelius and today, I don't know, Riley, I was thinking like,

I was on the drive up here, I was like, yo, I think I want to talk about I'm thinking freedom is I'm thinking freedom is the way to go you know

freedom in what way so I saw okay so I have I'm on this I'm on this new journey

myself of like freedom you know and really what that looks like and defining what it looks like and I've come to some very

interesting conclusions that I think would be rather dope to share.

Okay. I know, I know.

But I think it would be rather dope to share.

So, okay, I'm going to start here by saying this thing and then I'm going to correlate it with something else and then I'm going to

mash it together with something else and then we're going to bring all that together

and it's I don't know but anyway I've had the pleasure and opportunity of being able to walk with

people throughout their sole care journey.

It's like a coach, but as a coach.

And one of the biggest things that I get from people

is they're saying, I want a sense of freedom.

But one of the things that we both had a very difficult time in defining it and really

look like, how does one really look like?

What is one really attain it?

What is one supposed to do in order to have it and we don't know.

And for my Christian faith, I understand as a scripture says that
