One of the ways that I try to keep my mind focused on prayer, especially when I'm overwhelmed with anxiety,

I had to do this several times in my life. And we even

taught our daughters to do this. It's very simple. It's called the alphabet praise. And it's going

through the alphabet thanking God for his names and attributes. And it can help calm your mind.
