Summary

“I truly, wholeheartedly believe the world will be a better place when women have full autonomy over all aspects of their lives,” says Kiley Peters, whose dedication to helping female business owners create fulfilling careers and home lives through entrepreneurship led to founding her company Rayne IX. This executive consultancy firm asks clients what they truly want, what their pain points are, and how they can take the lessons they’ve learned to help other people. Kiley uses her own experiences (both positive and negative), her insatiable curiosity, and her unique way of connecting the dots to help women achieve their goals. She truly believes that this kind of authenticity is key to not just differentiating yourself, but figuring out how best you can serve others.

This fall, Kiley plans to launch The 100 Club– a women’s small business owner directory and club, hoping to eventually gain 10,000+ members. To gain entry, Kiley explains that members must agree to help at least 100 women in their own lives become financially successful and personally fulfilled, thus changing the lives of 1 million women overall. There is plenty to go around for everyone, as long as you think in terms of abundance and not scarcity.

While financial freedom may seem like a far-fetched dream, it is entirely possible for every female founder to achieve. Join the conversation to learn the importance of setting boundaries with your time in and out of the office, empowering and freeing yourself by “knowing your numbers” and figuring out your financial projections, and recognizing that life is too short not to take off your summer Fridays.

Quotes

• “My goal in founding RAYNE IX is to continue to help women build the lives they want for themselves, and for me, I really wanted to see women build financially stable and fulfilling lives and I think entrepreneurship is one of the ways they can do that.” (7:05-7:24 | Kiley)

• “Hi, here’s my shit. I’m going to own it. I went through this. I learned from it. Now, I can help you so you don’t have to go through it on your own.” (15:09-15:20 | Kiley)

• “Adapt an abundance mindset. There is more than you think there is.” (42:33-42:38 | Kiley)
