Summary

The body keeps the score.

God designed your body with great intention and care. We need body awareness, knowing that God created us mind, spirit and body.

Yet, accumulated stress and a lack of ability to name what is happening can cause the body to shut down. In this episode, hear my personal journey with anxiety, how my body started crying out, and how I came to discern anxiety and learn tools to find true breakthroughs. Tune in as I share resources that have been tremendous in providing awareness and healing in my own life (and in my home).

Let’s learn to honor the story of the body.

pouring it out as an offering, believing that God will meet you in it if you need this and if you

0:32.9

know somebody else who needs it and you're not in this place, then you can pass it along. But I'm

0:37.4

trusting that this was his idea to share it and you're not in this place, then you can pass it along. But I'm trusting

that this was his idea to share it and that it will be fruitful for those who might need it.

So it's an honor to let you into my story in this way. I'm sharing a testimony this morning

today before I start. She says, Francie, I wanted to let you know that I'm so thankful for your

and we're having the best sex we've had in almost seven years of marriage. I'm so thankful for

what the Lord has done through your ministry. Thank you. I chose this testimony because of the

1:25.0

challenge that she must have faced with a husband with a broken leg and two

1:30.1

little's at home. The emotional impact that must have had, I can't imagine, but I love that you

1:35.8

chose to lean in intimately during your suffering, during your hard time. And I'm just proud of that.

1:42.2

And I wanted to share that. And I wanted to say way to go in order
