0:42.8	And it is choosing a word of the year, except Don, you told me the other day you don't choose a word of the year.

0:56.3	So let's just start there. What's the difference?
1:05.2	What's the difference? I guess it's really the emphasis. Like maybe I'll give an example. My word for 2024 was watch and I probably broke my foot first thing in the year.
1:11.4	In January.
1:12.6	In January.
1:13.9	And then I didn't really walk for most of the year.
1:18.0	So like my year was not about physically walking.
1:23.7	But I did do a lot of reading and intentional.
1:29.5	I was really intentional,
1:30.9	but about thinking about walking or not walking throughout the course of the year.
1:36.4	So it's, I don't know, I guess to me, the,
1:40.4	and of the year comes at the end of the year,
1:42.5	and a four of the year is kind of previewing the year.
