coaching sessions is when I realized this. And my question is just when I'm talking to people,

in general, and clients especially, they'll say one thing and my mind will, or emotions or mental chatter will block me from even continuing

to hear them and either I won't say anything or I'll say the wrong thing and then afterwards

my mind catches up once we hang up the phone or the next day.

I'm like, why didn't I say this or I should have said that?

Where was I in that moment?
