there are three hugely important things so there's only two quick hitters and I'm not

even really treating them like quick hitters these could have been separate

episodes I wanted to make them separate episodes but we had a lot of interviews before this we got a lot after this

and we got some cool stuff coming up in September but the two things that I'm going to be talking about

after I talk about this first thing is the two biological males winning gold medals in women's boxing at the

2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. I have been chomping at the bit to talk about
