I think a lot of the time we think about numbers and we think about metrics when

we're talking about investing, when we're thinking about investing, and we forget that

there is a very human element to investing and that's why we're

today we're going to talk about seven bankers and use them as a lens to understand both what it takes to be a great leader and what it

takes to be a great bank and we're gonna use those stories to kind of
