I have, it's been an eventful week to say the least.

So first and foremost, I want to just take a step back here a little bit.

Florence has certainly taken a toll on the Carolinas and beyond and our thoughts are with every one of the affected regions

as they deal with the aftermath and the recovery.

Now a big part of this recovery is going to depend on insurers and

so Matt that's where I thought we would just kick off our conversation today because there's

a few different ways to look at this right we can look at this for the perspective of
