And in order not to bore our listeners with small talk about the weather, I suggest we dive right into mutual funds.

Do you want to give a brief description of what a mutual fund is?

So just in short and very simple. brief description of what a mutual fund is?

So just in short and very simply, a mutual fund

is basically a collection of investments, stocks or bonds that are owned by a number of owners.

So you buy a share of a mutual fund,

which basically entails you to ownership

of a portion of its portfolio of stocks and bonds.

So it's a way to buy a diversified portfolio of investments really easily.

That makes sense to me.

Are there, there's a lot of different types of mutual funds out there and a lot of people
