financially speaking when is the best time to expand higher additional help

this way you can scale your business.

Josh, thank you so much for your question. And to answer your question, I'm going to ask you

and everybody else out there listening to this, of course, a question from me. And that question

is, how much is your time worth? Do you know that? Like, honestly, I mean, we always hear that

phrase, hey, how much is your time worth? But have you ever actually tried to figure that out? Because I think

if you actually figure that out, you can see that the answer to your question is as soon as you

humanly possibly can. When should you start hiring help as soon as you can? This is something I learned

the hard way at front because I wasted a lot of time and a lot of money after calculating how much

my time with worth doing things on my own that I shouldn't have been doing. And this has been,

you know, a recurring cycle with me and my business because, you know, I've had issues with
