How about you? Doing great. So, you know, I'm glad we had a chance to get you on the show here because

you wrote a book called Inheriting Chaos with Compassion. It's a great book,

and it delves into this topic of loss, which can be taken many different ways, but the concept

of loss, I think, is something that we as a society are very uncomfortable with talking about.

I think we're uncomfortable with just the whole topic, with talking about it, dealing with it.
