over on Instagram. Good morning. Good morning. How are you? I'm still a little sleepy.

I think I'm braving out like my voice. You know, maybe a little swollen under the

eyes early, but here we are a little puffy. Yes, we are here. And we are going to do our

best to just amaze you all today. We had some fun on the show last week. I'm joking.

We're just here. That's it. We are here. But we are diving into a topic today that has

probably been one of our most requested topics. And we're just now getting around to kind

of sinking our teeth into it. So I think that will excite them. Yeah. And we're going to

do our best. And if we need to come back to this topic and revisit it, we will be happy

to do so before we get going. Shay, I have to shout out because it's so fun when I'm out

and about and I meet people that listen to the show. This one was a fun one. I was at

my grocery drop picking up my groceries last week and met two lovely ladies autumn and

Madison, mother and daughter. They listen to the show. They love the show. They binge the

show the whole way to the drop. And the ironic thing is they lived an hour from you and

just moved to Wisconsin. Oh, that's funny. This is funny. Yes. So they made the trip in

their vehicle, took them a couple days. I said, well, I've been trying to convince Shay to

do it. They said, you definitely can, especially if you have your air-conditioned seats, you

can do it. But yeah, just a spontaneous move to Wisconsin. Yeah. I thought it was great.
