Man, I'm pumped up.

I had some great, fantastic, wonderful coaching calls today where people are absolutely kicking

ass.

And I am absolutely living through some of our top

coaching clients. I don't know if you guys know what the word cathartic means, but I have to say

it does make me feel like I'm back in the game listing and selling real estate. Just a great call

with my first client this morning. He's got a 60, he'll, he should have 63 million closed and pending. Think

about what I just said, guys. Sixty three million closed and pending. Yeah, I know. And it's,

January, what is it, the 30th, right? Sixty three million. Yeah, man. And he's, and he's, and he's

chasing, he thinks with the other deals he's chasing, he and I did the math,

he could be over $100 million by probably April or May.

And here's what the crazy thing is.

Last year he did $50 million, so he's going to double his business, not even halfway through the year.

Isn't that awesome?
