EA Sports announces its popular video game in CWA football will return next summer after a nine-year hiatus and I for one I'm super excited.

The heat win game won at the Celtics, and the PGA Championship tees off today at Oak Hill.

Now we all have our stories of crazy finishes, glitches, and plays that defined our childhood, and if we're being honest, adulthood as well.

You aren't truly friends unless you've had a fight or altercation over this game or broken a controller in frustration over something that happened during a game with said friend.

Now some of the best times I can remember involve playing online dynasty mode, or when being able to play online against real opponents became a thing.

It's like the first time I heard the Beatles, and now that athletes can opt in and be paid, it seems that we have figured out a way to appease all sides going all the way back to the Edo ban in case some thought it would never happen.

So now maybe we can prevent wars by matching up leaders of foreign countries and online game modes.

We can reach across the aisle, not with hate, but with a controller and a legendary matchup instead.

Now maybe instead of guys pretending to be women, they could start identifying as five star running backs on road to glory.

Now it may be a pipe dream, but so was the return of this game a couple years ago.

And we need it back because at the end of the day, aren't we all already in dynasty mode?
