Hey, it's me, Jessica Marnan,

0:24.1

host of this podcast, one-part podcast, author of the one-part plant cookbook, and author of

0:30.5

of Noir Endo, which comes out today.

So today is April's podcast, just in the nick of time because it's like April 27th.

0:45.6

And about the podcast. I feel like you know this is coming. So this is going to be the last podcast for a while,

0:59.2

or maybe ever. We're coming up on the seventh or eighth year. I should probably look. I know it's

1:08.1

seven or eight years of this podcast. And have we covered it all?

1:14.3

Probably not. But I feel like we're on a pretty good place with topics and guests that we've

1:20.0

covered. I mean, think about how many things that we've covered in seven or eight years. And I'm not going to start crying, but how many

2:06.4

2:14.7

with the opportunity to pop in and say hi when it feels good when there's a topic

2:20.9

that I really think that we need to cover. And I also think it would be good to pop back in when

2:28.1

I feel like I've recovered a little bit more from this past year. So, regardless of what's going to happen, whether this is the last show or not, we have such a good guess.

2:41.8

I'm going to tell you about in a minute.

2:44.3

Before I do, a couple more things today, my book, Know Your Endo, is out into the world. I'm in a hotel room right now doing a book

2:55.5

tour, and by book tour, I mean the hotel is a couple blocks away from my house, and I'm doing

3:01.6

interviews from this hotel room. I thought that would be kind of a fun way to sort of feel like I was getting

3:08.7

away and doing a book tour. So I've got a bunch of events lined up. I'm going to share them in the
