Welcome back, everybody, to the Football Guys Daily Update. You give us 10 minutes. We'll give you

everything you need to know to make you the most informed fantasy football player in your league

with the final edition of the year. I'm Mike Dempsey along with football guys own Bob Harris. Let's

not belabor it. Bob, we've got games tomorrow, including Tampa and Carolina, right? And it looks

like for the most part, the players we're interested in are going to be healthy here. Baker Mayfield has been cleared. Mike Evans has been cleared. He will play. Let's start there. Is Evans a wide receiver one this week for Bob Harris? More like a tail-in wide receiver two for me. I know our projections team, Jason Wood, Morrill Tremblay, Sigma Bloom kind of consensus have him as wide receiver 22. I'm like a spot or two from that

in my rankings. Chris Godwin is right there in that same tier, slightly behind Evans and the projections

is wide receiver 24. I'd love to think he and look, to be clear, he has wide receiver one

upside, just, you know, a score or two away from that touchdown-wise. But my expectation is the passing game hasn't been strong. They need to lean on the run. What about Bucky Irving this week, Bob? You know, I do like Bucky Irving a little bit, but it seems like they split this up. They've kind of diluted it with still plenty of Rashad White and enough Sean Tucker to kind of limit the upside, it seems. We know it's been a split back feel for Carolina. Rico Dowdell, though, is good to go. He has the toe injury, but he no longer appears on the injury report. So where does Dowdell rank among running backs in week 18 for you? I reluctantly have him at running back 12. This is what off his running back 13 projection.

That calls for him hitting like 13.7 points.

He hasn't hit that number in six weeks, Mike.

I think the ranking as a back end or running back one or high side of the running back two range has as much to do with the uncertain playing time and workloads of the players who would normally be ahead of

them as it does is his ability to hit that projection.

Right. Seattle and San Francisco, giving that at the Seahawks injury report is pretty clean,

at least for the offensive skill players. For San Francisco, Bob Ricky Pearsall is questionable,

as is George Kittle, who did say he would play this week. What is your level of confidence that will see one or both of these players on the field? I'll take Kittle at his word and expect him to play. I think we'll see Pearsall, too. I think we'll see all these guys. I'm maybe a little more worried about Trent Williams, who is also questionable left tackle. Hopefully he gets out there. Happy to see the Christian McCaffrey's off the list altogether.

Some worked through that tight back last week.

Seems like he'll be ready to do the same.

Yeah, and Jordan Schultz reported or brought to our attention,

Christian McCaffrey, four catches away from becoming the first running back in NFL

history to have three different seasons of 100 or more catches.
