In our last episode we read the final pages of sense and sensibility.

It was wonderful to revisit another Jane Austin Classic and I really hoped you enjoyed listening to it.

Eleanor convinced Edward to visit his mother that they may make amends.

Mrs Ferrows was amenable to a discussion and did not dismiss his engagement to Eleanor entirely.

Robert had been sent to Bartlett Buildings to dissuade her from marrying his brother, and she had prudently led him on,

always convincing him that after one more meeting, she may change her mind.

These continued meetings evolved a relationship between the two, which led to their secret wedding.

Lucy now also encouraged Robert to ask for his mother's forgiveness, and as her favorite son, it was

granted immediately.

They ended up residing in London with the rest of the family.
