probably go all the way into i think the coaches convention in january so he's trying to line up

the right people so the staff may be done like mid-January is that that a good thing or bad thing, Rico?

I mean, I don't know what to say.

I mean, at this point, if you're trying to poach some of the assistant coaches from good

teams, they're still in the playoffs right now.

So you can't do anything until spring practice, though.
