Today we’re going to look at something every builder, creator, or doer runs into. Pushback from all directions: friends, family, customers, even total strangers. Sometimes it’s subtle. Sometimes it’s loud. And a lot of the time it comes from people who genuinely care about you but have no clue what you’re really working on. 0:48.8	be the title of it, but that's what I'm calling it while it's still in the project phase. It's

0:56.0	And the fifth law in this book is about the fact that when you start getting pushback in the world,
1:01.9	that that's when you actually are making a difference.
1:05.6	That, you know, if you don't ever want criticism, if you don't ever want pushback, if you don't ever want to be told you're stupid or you're wrong or you're an idiot or whatever else you can come up with, if you don't want any negative comments from anybody, it's very simple. Don't do anything meaningful. People tend not to attack people
1:28.6	that don't do anything meaningful. People don't attack people who don't cause disruptions,
1:34.1	right? If you just sit there like a bump on a log, I don't know, maybe your dad will say,
1:38.7	get off your house and get a job, but overall, the world will say very little to you. It'll leave
