I would like to speak to you today about perhaps one of the most

underrated acts of self-love and self-care

that there is.

It's filtering what reaches you.

So think about this for a second.

If you wanted to reach a big, big celebrity, like insert in your mind for a second a really big celebrity that you can think of

maybe it's a huge athlete or maybe it's Oprah Winfrey or maybe it's you know the hottestlet of the moment who's gracing our screens, whoever it may be, a big musician.

When you think about that celebrity, that celebrity has a team, right?

They have a close-knit team around them in most cases, and then they have more of a

peripheral team, right? People who then also tend to work for the people who work most closely to them.

Think about it.

If you wanted to reach a celebrity, I couldn't just pick up the phone right now and reach

Michelle Obama, for example, right? I couldn't just pick up the phone right now and reach Michelle Obama for example right I couldn't just

pick up the phone and reach some incredible celebrity chef in the UK who's booked

out for the next two years doing tours I would have to go via the team, right? I'd have to go via

their circle. I'd have to go through essentially their filters, their levels of protection that exist.

Now, you may not be a big, big time celebrity.

You don't have to be in order to do this. Are you filtering out what doesn't need to reach you?

So for example, in my business I have such an incredible team. They're not big,

our team we call ourselves tiny but mighty, but if someone's trying to reach me

or if someone's trying to give feedback good or bad, it doesn't come directly to me.
