take into account trans men and non-binary people.

The barriers to care and stigma attached to these people is so, so horribly unfair and

so crushing.

Our guest this week is Asha Daya.

Asha is a filmmaker trying to break that stigma and tear down those barriers with her new

short film, Someone You Know.

We specialize in taking care of women, have very high-risk situations that can't be seen in other clinics.

He's one of a handful of doctors in the US who perform late-term abortions.

You can take the baby and rip the baby out of the womb in the ninth month on the final day and that's not acceptable.

Well that is not what happens in these cases and using that kind of scare rhetoric

is just terribly unfortunate.

This is a very wanted child.

We planned for this baby.

But 12 weeks into the pregnancy,

an ultrasound revealed an omphalicile.

A birth defect where the fetus's internal organs were developing outside

the body.

I am asking Congress to pass legislation to prohibit the late term abortion of children.
