You never know who you're going to get, but you got a good one today. Trey is back.

Trey Crowder, how's it going? Oh, good, glad to be. Is Tuesday the normal trash day around here or something?

No, we take out trash on Fridays, actually.

No, Thursdays, I think most people would agree is the trash day, because it's just me.

I don't have a guest or anything.

It's really nothing to look forward to on those days.

But Tuesdays is when we don't have a regularly scheduled weekly guest that's always the same.

And so, very glad to have you here.

pleasure um and uh i do want to say you know there's so much that we have to do every day

to just keep up with the news and everything it's very hard to like plan ahead and work on

something that's only going to bear fruit like months later and And I'm realizing right now that I wish I had

put in the work over the past few months of normalizing me just eating live on the show because

I didn't have time to eat the Pop-Tarts that I brought to the desk. And now they're right there

and I'm not going to be able to eat them until the break.

And so that's the pain I'm going to have in my heart. And I just don't think it would be right if during this next block I started eating a Pop-Tart live on air. I don't want to divert us too much, although you did start this, but I just have to know, like, you have a young child? Is that why it's Pop Tarts
