Last time, we walked through the 14 names in the DEA's Epstein file, a 13-year investigation

that produced zero charges, and a case closed in June 2023 with no explanation.

Today, we're following the unit that ran that investigation because it no longer exists.

In May 2025, the Trump administration defunded the organized crime drug enforcement task

forces.

The OCDETF was the only federal unit that had investigated Jeffrey Epstein for drug trafficking.

Network website. So the OCDETF was established in 1982 to coordinate multi-agency

investigations into drug trafficking organizations. It ran Operation Chain Reaction against

Upstein. It produced the memo, Blanche is now blocking, and then it was shut down.
