The question starts to become, if I believe what you're saying, Ryan,

well then what's the right path?

Everybody is telling me there's all these different things.

Well, let's talk about it.

There are two types of people, all right?

You've got the W-2 person with high income and then you've got basically the person who doesn't right

and so you got the person who essentially needs to become an

entrepreneur. I always spell an entrepreneur wrong, so I'm not even going to spell it

because I'll embarrass myself, okay? So you've got the entrepreneur, you've got the

W-2 person, okay?'ve got the W-2 person.

So with the W-2 person, all right?

The W-2 person with high income, they're already making good money.

They're already potentially working a job they like, right? When I say

the W-2 person with high income, I'm also going to assume like they don't necessarily

even want to quit. And I'll give you a good example. I've met a lot of real estate

investors who have come through our program who actually were firefighters or they were in the tech industry, right? These guys were making six figures plus some multiple six figures in their career. For them they're like look

Ryan I'm not trying to go light the world on fire and go make a million bucks a year

flipping houses like I like my job I like the security I got a lot of benefits I'm gonna get retirement I'm

I'm gonna do all that stuff and really I just want to flip a few houses a year make some extra

money or I want to just start buying rentals every year with the active income I am making.

I said great, okay?
