Hi guys, welcome back to another episode of #Manifest with Tori DeSimone! Today I share the results of my food sensitivity testing & share what my plans are to better my bloat. While stress was a huge key factor in all of this, I feel very free from foods I once was "afraid" to eat.

I am in no way telling you to do one thing, I just found these studies interesting and it sparked my interest in going the plant based bandwagon again.
