It's been referred to the Committee on the Judiciary, but if they use a privileged

motion, which it looks like they probably will, that means that it just goes right to

the floor of the house and gets voted on.

The Donald John Trump President of the United States is impeached for high crimes and

misdemeanors and that the following article of impeachment is exhibited to the United States Senate.

And then it goes on to say what that is.

The Constitution, this is article one, incitement of insurrection.

The Constitution provides that the House of Representatives, quote,

shall have the sole power of impeachment, end quote.

President of the United States shall be removed from office on impeachment for and conviction

of treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors, end quote.

Further, section 3 of the 14th Amendment of the Constitution prohibits any person who has,

quote, engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the United States from holding any

office under the United States end quote.
