Many of you have commented on social media asking why my wife Diana Candor has not been doing the ad reads with me on majority 54

since we restarted and the answer is because she has her own podcast that is fantastic and I asked her to come on today and tell you about it.

That's right, I'm Diana Candor and I'm starting a competing podcast to majority 54.

That is not true.

It's called professional AF and we're just starting season three and this season is entirely dedicated to studying the art of failing well using it as a stepping stone to bigger and better things.

And half the interviews this season are with thought leaders and authors about the science of doing it correctly and the other half are after action reviews with people who have been at the front lines of very public things that didn't exactly work out.

Like the creator of the digital camera at Kodak, the creator of the Amazon Fire phone, the creator of new Coke.

My favorite that I'm looking forward to is Troy Price, the chairman of the Iowa Democratic Party during the caucuses earlier this year.

Yeah, I think it's like the first big interview that he has done about that process.

It's an awesome podcast. Obviously it is not a directly competing with majority 54 podcast, but it's called professional AF.

I'm excited to introduce a desu de Messi who's fresh off of representing the Biden campaign and helping to run the Democratic National Convention.

He's also the executive director of more than a vote, which is a voting rights group, started by LeBron James and a group of prominent black athletes and entertainers.

I've known a desu since 2005 when he was fresh off the carry campaign and we attended law school together.

We both attended law school and didn't attend law school together because we both eventually left pretty quickly to go work on campaigns him on Hillary, me on Obama.

And then we reunited in the general election in Ohio and helped win that state for Obama.

And he actually together on election night when the election was called for Obama and a desu has gone on to help manage a series of high profile races, including Cory Booker's Senate election, Cory Booker's presidential campaign.

He was a senior member of Hillary Clinton's campaign team.

Oh, he's also with Gavin Newsom and helped him win the he was the campaign manager for Gavin Newsom's successful gubernatorial campaign.

I could go on, but a desu is letting us.
