And now let's go to Rick for the final part of a message called Fighting for an Awesome Marriage.

We have it in our family what we call the five second rule, which is called Love My Idea for Five Seconds.

Because when one of us has an idea for a change,

usually the other one is automatically going to, why?

Why? And so rather than immediately moving in the

judgmental mode we say okay i'm going to share an idea love it for five seconds that has been

revolutionary in our relationship that'll save your marriage go home that's all you need

but the other thing about change is it is it does the antidote to boredom.

You've got to keep your marriage fun, and so you've got to work at creativity for the opposite of boredom.

I remember one time, Kay knows that I like hot sauces.

I collect hot sauces.

I have over 350 different bottles of hot sauce from around the world.

I don't just believe in hell.

I eat it.

Okay.

And... And he burps it.

And so, what's that?
