0:06.8	let's focus on this program with the answer to discouragement and what would that be?

0:14.2	Hope.
0:15.2	Hope.

0:18.2	You know, but hope is also, I always think of hope as dreams or hope.
0:22.2	Hope is also vision.
0:23.9	Things that actually have this longing inside of you.
0:28.7	You know, the Bible says faith is the substance of things hoped for.

0:35.5	So it's something that we see.
0:37.2	It's something we see in the distance.
0:38.6	It's a vision and it says for the hope set before him, Jesus endured the cross and we

0:44.5	We were that vision before him that he endured the cross.
0:47.6	And so, you know, we talked about David and there was a time that David was really discouraged.
0:52.4	How did he get a hold of hope?
0:54.2	He spoke to his own soul and said hope in God.
0:56.8	Why does he say that?
0:57.8	Because God, according to Romans chapter 15, he is the God of hope.
