There's always something going on in the world of guns, but this one's a weird one.

Recently, you had some of the credit card companies having a new designation on purchases at gun stores, gun shops.

And to talk about that and what's going to happen and what they're doing about it is the attorney general of Montana, Austin Knutson.

Well, thanks for being on with us.

Just kind of for people who are not familiar with what's going on and what you guys are doing about it, kind of fill them in.

Yeah, so in broad strokes, what used to happen if you walked into a gun shop and you purchased a firearm or anything, frankly, you bought anything at a gun shop using a credit card or using a debit card.

The credit card companies didn't pay attention.

They traded that as regular merchandise, just like you were walking into a hardware store and using the card or a grocery store, whatever the case may be.

The credit card companies have cave to the woke movement.

I mean, that's really what this is.

Credit card companies have been pressured by the international organization of compensation to now basically specifically code and keep track of all large purchases at gun shops that are where you're using a credit card or a debit card.

And that doesn't matter if you're buying a firearm or if you're buying a safe, they don't discriminate.

They simply keep tracking you now and especially code it.
