Mary Ann Sullivan, and we're going to be talking about legislation, legislation about farmed animals,

which is pretty hard to get. And we're going to be talking both about how you get it and how

you fight it, depending on what the legislation is trying to do.

Brian Hackett serves as Director of Government and Community Relations at Associated Humane

Societies, which is New Jersey's largest animal sheltering organization.

And there, he leads animal welfare policy initiatives and builds community partnerships.

Amit Dulacia is a co-founder of strategic action for animals and the founder of the Action

for Animals app.

And he has been a full-time grassroots advocate for the past two years working to drive

collective action in San Diego

to fight animal exploitation through grassroots campaigns for systemic change. And Hannah Truxel is an

attorney and senior policy council with the Humane League. She, of course, has been on before

with our previous Animal Policy Alliance interviews, and she leads a team of researchers

who focus on providing support.
