Lauren Mc Roberts. I'll have her introduce herself here in a moment.

But I just want y'all to know that I love you guys

and I've been praying over each and every single one of you guys.

And I just with everything going on in the world and seeing how, you know, kind of chaotic it has been and how much of fallen humanity really has been revealed.

Just know that I'm praying for you guys because I know kind of just like where my heart is at and kind of the burden that I feel in a sense just with seeing everything going on. I feel that and I understand that and I sympathize and

empathize with everyone out there and I'm praying for everyone that might be affected or hurting or

involved or whatever, but my hope with today's podcast with my friend Lauren is that we both can just, you know,

shed some light on the stigma of mental health and also just provide hope for everyone today.

So Lauren how about you introduce yourself to my audience and tell them a little bit about who you are?

Yeah, hey guys my name is Lauren tell them a little bit about who you are.

Yeah, hey guys, my name is Lauren,

and I am a 19-year-old currently living in South Carolina.

I am a college student and I write a lot I write on my blog and my first book was released in

October of 2018 called Living Out Transparent Faith and I kind of got my whole start with

writing when I started dealing with these issues of mental illness and

mental health and when I've really started to realize the brokenness that was surrounding it,
