and reinvigorated because it's not 2 o'clock in the morning in Saudi Arabia.

It is actually 8 o'clock after the workouts on Wednesday in central London.

So I'm reinvigorated at the moment but...

I left my soul at 2 o'clock in Saudi Arabia with Martin Bacconi stepping in.

With poor Daniel Dubois.

Matt Maclin will join us in the second half as he strides towards us,

but we have just completed the media workouts, which on the whole were relatively uneventful.

It's a slow build into fight week, I would say, but I do think that there is, there's one in the chamber,

we're just waiting for someone to pull the trigger at the moment. It hasn't quite sparked but you're naive if you think that it won't i would say yeah and we did get more

pad work today at this public workout well this media workout than we usually get because usually

you see pretty much nothing i mean Tyson fury just came out and did what a pretend punch essentially

Yeah, one of the less memorable ones. So at least we, but I think today we kind of saw what we're expected to see right?

Connor Ben getting up close shifting his upper body obviously he's gonna have to try and close down a new bank and then I'm not sure what we can tell from the new bank.

I want to ask boxing expert Andy Clark what he made of it all because you've been talking about it for hours so a few more minutes can't hurt.
