It's not like it gets into something.

And six months later, it flushes out of your system, right?

That's the problem.

These chemicals were created to last forever.

I mean, that's why they're called forever chemicals.

They were created to be used for years and years and years on a pan, right?

These companies created these chemicals so you could put it, put P5s on a pan.

That pan will be non-stick for the next 40 years, right?

After usage, after usage, after usage.

So no matter how much heat you put them under, these chemicals are not going away.

That's why they created them with such a long half-life, right?

Because they'll be there forever.

And the downside of that, obviously, is once it gets into the environment, they're going to stay there for just as long.

So it's, you know, there are horrible chemicals that are, you know, really having a negative

effect on society.
