And as we've been continuing our series on the episodes of Band of Brothers, I thought I would bring back on the program once again, my friend and fellow historian Jared Frederick, who has written several books.

And this book in particular is another one about one of the major people behind one of the characters in Band of Brothers,

the miniseries. So Jared was with us. This is actually his third time on the podcast.

And in case you've forgotten who he is, he's the author of numerous books, including

Dispatches of D-Day and Hang Tough with Eric Dorr, and also the book we're going to mention today, but I'll give that title in just a second.

Jared has appeared on PBS, Seespan, and Turter Classic Movies.

He's a former park ranger at Gettysburg National Military Park, and he's also the host of Real History on YouTube, one of my favorite YouTube channels.

And he is an instructor of history at Penn State Altoona.

And today we're going to be discussing Jared and Eric is also co-author on this one.
