Yeah, I mean, I think it's warranted with all the structural changes that I've gone on in the company.

You are now the CEO.

Yes, sir. Your tenure at Fieldcraft, how long has it

been? So at the end of 2017, beginning of 18, so it puts me a little over seven years.

Wow. Yeah. Yeah. And the company started in 15, so I feel, you know, that I've been here since the

beginning. So I think that really helps honing things in because you've seen the company grow from

different stages.

Yes, sir.

You've seen a lot of people come through.

You've seen a lot of people leave for various reasons.

And we're at an impasse.

We're going through a lot of changes changes even after all the, I guess,

leadership changes that have gone through.

And people have a lot of questions.
