If it is a phone jack, he needs to buy a new phone jack.

If it is the microphone itself or the connection itself, he needs to fix it.

So now I don't have to use the third person.

You need to fix this today because this is not the first time this has happened.

This has happened with a certain amount of regularity that we get ready to do the show.

And you seem to be having troubles with your equipment.
