You know what? He does such a good job though. It's like tough love.

You don't want to hear it, but you kind of need to hear it.

Well, I mean, you know, it's a good change of pace.

I can just tell you, man, your factory don't function like it used to when you started getting older.

And I know we got some older listeners out there.

You know, my buddies, as soon as I put up a teaser up for the first one,

my buddy Bigfoot on Instagram sent me, say, Mark said,

man, don't let him talk about fried deer meat.

And I purposely did not ask him about fried deer meat.

And it looked, it's all about moderation.

It doesn't matter. Just, you know, there's some tips can help you.

And who knows? Nobody likes going to the doctor and getting that blood work done.

And saying, who this and who that? So anyway,

they doctor David Allen is not only a good guy to talk about that.
